<\/figure>\r\nLittle did I know that attacking such a venture would come with it\u2019s own curveballs and scams and minor inconveniences and major inconveniences and COVID-related holdups and so forth\u2026..<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n I guess that was on me to believe that I could create a start-up business over a few short weeks. Oooopsies!!! Not so much. \ud83d\ude33<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n In any case, after three months of ups and downs and never giving up, I am proud to say that my business is starting to get off the ground!!! And I would love to tell you all about it!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n First of all, my business name is Trifinity Wellness. Which looks like this:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n So, what exactly IS \u201cTrifinity\u201d Wellness?? Allow me to explain how I created this name and how it ties into the philosophy and purpose of my business!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n When trying to brainstorm a name – – especially one that will tie to you, your business, your brand, all of the above – – you try to have it sound catchy, clean, memorable, and unique, right?? So, you can stand out a bit from the crowd.<\/p>\r\n Hmmmm…I gotta think of something GOOD!!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Especially because there are SO MANY fitness and coaching businesses out there, and many with incredible names! And any name that I thought of appeared to already be taken and attached to other fitness and wellness businesses. And remember, the whole point was to STAND OUT from the crowd!!!!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n I began to think about the purpose of my business and here is what I wrote down:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n I have been involved in many facets of the fitness and wellness industry for over seven years now. These include:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 1) Boot Camps, Barre Classes, Pilates, and HIIT classes<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 2) Group circuit training classes that combine resistance training and cardio in a small group setting<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 3) Yoga and mindfulness training<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 4) Alignment Therapy to help address and eliminate chronic pain and movement limitations<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 5) Nutrition Coaching to provide clarity on finding a nutrition plan that supports the goals of my clients<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n And so on!!!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n And the two concepts that tie all of them together are these:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n FIRST, treating someone as A WHOLE PERSON is important with regards to anything that we do. So, coming from a holistic viewpoint that takes mind-body-spirit into account is crucial for the success of my clients. BECAUSE, as we know, when one of those items is off or hurting, all of them suffer. Like, if our body is hurting, we are not in great spirits and our emotions often run amok or feel incredibly dramatized. And if our mental game feels off target, then emotions often run high and we don\u2019t move as well or we don\u2019t feel our best. The mind-body-spirit is so interwoven that they cannot be separated into stand-alone items.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n And therefore, as a coach and trainer, I knew that my business had to include this triad, these three elements of mind, body, and spirit. So\u2026TRI<\/strong>!!!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n SECONDLY, as it was just stated, mind-body-spirit is inextricably connected. You know what else is connected??? The important factors within our lifestyle like our posture, our quality of movement, our nutrition, our water intake, our hours of sleep, our stress level, and all of that!!!! Those are all connected, too, and if one of THOSE things are off or lacking or struggling, the others tend to suffer as a result\u2026\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n So, the word that jumped out at me\u2026.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n \u2026.was INFINITY<\/strong>. This ongoing, never-ending energy that flows infinitely in this connected cycle\u2026\u2026just like between the triad AND between the factors in our lifestyle that we just talked about!!!!<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Tri + Infinity came together and then TRIFINITY<\/strong> was born!!! \ud83d\ude0d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Therefore, Trifinity Wellness takes everything into account – – all of the pieces and elements and the backstory and the current story of every being ALONG WITH where they want to go and how they want to move and feel and live! And it provides a plan to move forward on all the ways to improve a being\u2019s wellness and have the best quality of life possible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Shhhhhh\u2026cuz here\u2019s the secret: We\u2019re talking LIFESTYLE, so it\u2019s lasting, continues to improve over time, and keeps you moving and feeling great for life!! Rather than providing quick-fixes that feel great for a moment then fade away, back to square one or sometimes even worse off, where we least want to be.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n So, here\u2019s to the start of TRIFINITY WELLNESS and to infinitely improving\u2026FOR LIFE!
