My experience with Jamie has been and continues to be wonderful!<\/p>\n

I have had several surgeries in the past and have always been very active. Before my classes with Jamie, I hurt all the time and especially the areas more pronounced were my neck, shoulder, hip, and back. Over the years I went for physical therapy, worked with a chiropractor, exercised, stretched, and stayed active in many ways. I also researched and read numerous articles and books on fitness and health.<\/p>\n

Through conversations with a close friend, I learned of all the positive results that Jamie had experienced after several surgeries and also being in pain. Jamie was excited to tell me about and also a strong proponent of The Egoscue Method developed by Pete Egoscue that helped her in numerous ways. It sparked an interest in me, so I read up on what it was all about and it made a lot of sense to me.<\/p>\n

At that point, I was eager to set up a session with Jamie and hopefully get the same positive results that she did. I reviewed with Jamie my history and expectations. I found her to be passionate, knowledgeable, energetic, personable, and excited about helping me….and I am so happy to say that she absolutely did! Jamie worked with me on adjusting my alignment from head to feet. I learned so much from her! I would be sent home with an exercise menu of what to target, and I would always get a text asking me how everything was going and at times she emphasized certain areas of concern.<\/p>\n

As time goes on, I feel less and less pain and the numbers on my pain chart have been dramatically reduced. If at any time an area seems to act up, I know I can go back and review what Jamie has taught me. I’m eager to continue with my maintenance program and feel that if I need any help or have any questions, Jamie is happily there to help me….what a blessing she is!<\/p>\n

Jamie makes you feel like you are the most important person she is working with (even though I know she has many clients). She is always so attentive and her passion gives me a boost! I love Jamie and I know you will too!!!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
