Jamie will bring the sun, YOU bring the heat! This circuit-style class brings a fusion of resistance training and cardio in one convenient class. You’ll be using home gym equipment or improv items from your household AND, don’t you worry, Jamie will tell you everything that you will need for each and every class. Circuit de Soleil will push you, strengthen you, empower you…and fly by because of its unique design! Join the fun and be prepared for work stations, an interval timer, and the realization that you will unleash your greatest potential!!

Learn the Burn – 60 minutes
(basics, for beginners and mastering technique)

Total Burn – 60 minutes
(intermediate/expert level, to rise up and push the intensity)

‘Align Up’ Workshops and Classes

The alignment of our body dictates how we move and therefore how we feel and how we live! ‘Align Up’ is a group alignment therapy session, geared towards understanding the WHY behind our own pain, tightness, or movement limitations. Because finding the WHY leads to solving issues right at the source of the problem. Want to be pain-free?? Want to be more balanced and able to move freely?? This is the class for you! The ‘Align Up’ Workshop is where valuable information and discussions happen along with an accompanying movement sequence. 

The ‘Align Up’ 30-minute class dives right in to a movement sequence as Jamie guides you through the class. The ‘Align Up’ Workshop is 60 minutes. Both classes promote balance of the body by addressing common posture and alignment issues of the human body. It’s never too late to heal your body and to take steps towards moving well and living a pain-free life!!

‘Zen & Now’ Yoga Flow: Beginner and Beginner/Intermediate Levels

Make time for you and your well-being, honor your body, soothe the mind, and bring more harmony to your life by including ‘Zen & Now’ Yoga Flow in your life! It allows you to be and to move mindfully in the present moment, inhaling all of the possibilities in front of you and exhaling any undue stress that weighs you down. If you are brand-new to Yoga or just starting your Yoga journey, the beginner classes are available for you! By having the option to use a chair, they allow you to step into a Yoga practice with confidence and ease as you uncover the basics of a Yoga practice. The beginner/intermediate level is available for those who have a working knowledge of Yoga and it’s poses, where the intensity is turned up a notch and the basics of Yoga are understood. Join us on our mats as we link breath with movement, connect mind-body-soul, and reconnect to the truths inside ourselves.

Zen & Now’ Yoga Flow – 30 minutes
(Beginner – using a chair and/or mat)

Zen & Now’ Yoga Flow – 60 minutes
(Beginner/Intermediate – basic knowledge of Yoga and poses, including floor work, on your mat)

FOD (Fit-Test of the Day!)

Bite-size challenges (or Fit-tests….get it??!!) where you dig deep, go full force, and finish strong while crushing a short-and-sweet 15-30 minute MAX workout! Come warmed up and ready for anything that Jamie has in store!
