My experiences with Jamie as a Group Trainer were exceptional. Jamie was always attentive to your positioning, whether you were lifting weights, using equipment, or just doing another type of exercise. I appreciated her taking the time to correct me if needed so I did not have to be concerned that I was doing something incorrectly and possibly injuring myself. Exercising has never been one of my favorite things to do but I can honestly say I looked forward to the group trainings with Jamie.

Left her trainings feeling like you really did a workout, (in a good way). Jamie adjusted workouts to accommodate an individual’s limitations. Made it fun. Fantastic personality!
